He's saying we (including you, *cough cough*) shouldn't spam. You ought to know all about that, being a mod now. =/
The level of spam was insane when I modded, and from what I've seen it's gotten worse. But I'm not blaming anyone; often newer members don't know what's spam and what's not.
Congrats on the posts, but personally I don't think post counts are all that significant, even on a forum-wide level.
