Blaze: I promised him that I would protect his son with my life, no matter what. Only problem is that I don- *looks at Leon and sees the similarities between him and Destar, and the same black aura Destar had* I now know who it is. Leon, your father is the dragon slayer who saved my life, Destar.

Blaze: Like this! *turns into human form, which allows him to slip out of the stone encasing him, and then rushes over to Kevin, sword in hand* No, it's your time to die Kevin!

DM: Uhh... gotta go! *the DM teleports away to a hidden cave, taking Kevin with him*

Blaze: *laughs* I'm surprised that we scared him off. I never would've imagined that he would be afraid of us. *shows Leon his father's mark* Your father originally gave this to me to take my honor away. But... eventually, in some odd way, while I was imprisoned, we became friends. Your father had the same aura you do, black. He even took his own blood, cut himself across the face with a dagger and put it in a vial, so I could regain my honor. And so, I wear your father's mark not as a sign of shame, but as a sign of honor to him.

Blaze: Funny enough, he wasn't a dragon slayer for the belief, he was only in it for the money. He didn't really believe in the dragon slayer philosophy. He was quick to anger sometimes, just as I was. I remember how I was able to trick him into coming into my cell by making him angry enough, and make him lose all rational thought. Then, when he grabbed my throat and made the mark, he mocked me by impersonating me saying, "NOOOO! I'VE LOST MY HONOR!" Which gave me time to get an ultimatum in by grabbing his throat. But after that, he and I got along better. I showed him that meditating can help relieve stress, which it certainly did for him. When he helped me escape, he killed a guard that was in his way with the very sleeve blade in your armor, his armor back then. When we were finally free, he gave me his armor to give to your mother, and walked off to his execution without fear. I will always consider him a friend. He was funny, and kind, just as you are.

Blaze: You remind me so much of him, not just personality wise, but also in appearance. *chuckles* And my little "submission" before to Kevin, it was just a part of my plan for Aftershock to get free. I still intended on killing Kevin. That's something I learned from both you and your father. Now then, to get my son back. Kevin forgot that a master of the Hero Within can resurrect someone. But first... *grabs the corruption collar and snaps it in half. He then walks over to Aftershock and resurrects him*

Aftershock: Dad... you're back!

Blaze: Hehe, "surrendering" to Kevin was all just a ploy.

Aftershock: Always thinking ahead. So, did you get the orb?

Blaze: *nods* I gave it to Wedger.

Blaze: It's funny how things happen. Another promise I made was to have him see Frost, and if he couldn't see her, then for his descendant to see her. *chuckles* Looks like that promise was fulfilled too.
