I would say a lot of things that I can't repeat, then I would refuse to play on the playstation for like a month. In other words I would be gutted but games move on.

Even though I don't agree with the way the games have changed, I'd still be extremely sad. Spyro was THE one and only game for me that kept me going back for more fun. It would be a great loss to suddenly lose such a great yet simple series.

a bunch of things would go threw my mind like:
1) This game had better kick Halo, Fable, and all those other really good games back to the age of pong
2) If this game sells well enough then they better think about makeing a new game before i find a loop hole to sew their heads off for not makeing newer games
3) What did i do this time to diserve this punishment
4) What is going threw their minds, have they become vegitable not to see people need spyro games after this
and last
5) I would be thinking of the quickest rout to end the suffering of haveing no other Spyro games after this (this may consiste of locking myself in the crazy castle, get a job so i never have time to think about games, hire a crazy guy to hit me in the head with a socker bopper untill the definicion of gameing is destroyed in my kind, or become a vegitable, and berry myself in dirt with my head poking up so i can grow into a wonderful plante)

@ DPX: Now that's a bit extreme...

Anyway, the chances of TLoS: TDH being the last Spyro Game ever is very far fetched, so far fetched I could say that most of us may as well wake up as dragons. big_smile But if it is... I...I don't know what to do! :'( Blow up my obsolete electronics perhaps? Gnarr... I DON'T KNOW! But I may say, it's NOT game over for Spyro yet!!! spyro

I would be really sick and sad... and try to email to them to ask.

1.If they're going to sell to other company, I can't think about what the Spyro will become next, worse or better?

2.If they're going to change the series, I'll hope it's come out great, XP.

3.If they're going to drop it, then I'd be really sad...

I hopefully that number 3 is not going to happening!!

I dont think it will end, but if it isn't, i wont be sad. Spyro in the last 8 years has been squashed, dried out, flattenned, stretched out, had a face lift, turned japanese, became inspector gadget and is constantly being poked, he's near his death bed. REguardless, if i can, i will make an awesome Spyro game in the future.

Well, if what Velvet Octopus said is to be trusted (they told us about Darkest Hour, after all) then there will be a new Spyro game every year from 2009 on.

However, if those games are more TLoS games and don't revert to platformers or convert to RPGs then I would be quite happy for Spyro to end after TLoS: TDH because I hate all the fighting and find myself bored by ANB and TEN. The TLoS style needs to end. Soon.

Well, if Spyro just wasn't going to show in anymore games, then yeah - I think I'd be a bit sad. But even today, I still enjoy playing the originals.
Hopefully, it won't end anytime soon. I'm not the biggest fan of the TLoS series, and a change wouldn't hurt. But honestly, I'm getting sick of all these different Spyros. If a new series were to start, I think that would be 5?

Not really...there were the console platforming games: StD, RR, YotD, EtD, AHT, plus the first three GBA games: SoI, SoF, AotR. The only changes to the concept for the pre TLoS games were SL and Orange. SL was more RPGish, Orange was a sidescroller. So really SL was the only switch in the formula so we've had 3 changes not 5.

If TDH was the last Spyro game...lets just say you wouldn't wanna be around me for a LONG time.
(And Raidon, T.L.o.S isn't an abomination, its just not like the old games, which is good coz they were goin' nowhere fast)
I don't hate the old games, i just don't think they're as good as the new ones, just to let people know.
