SSB [Spyro]

Should Spyro be included in The SSB series? If Yes/No, Why?

Although Spyro is now copyrighted on Universal Productions , i noticed that he appeared more on Nintendo than on Sony.I felt that after I played TLoS:AnB ,he should be included in the game series.

I don't think Spyro should be in SSB because he doesn't actually belong to Nintendo.

That would be kind of cool, but it would never happen because, as Dragon Lass said, he does not belong to Nintendo.

My vote is yes. AFter playing A new Begining, I Saw the potential of Spyro in a combative game. it really doesen't matter whom he belongs to, because deals can easily be made at that level. what also would be a fun Idea is being able to unlock other ANB/AHT characters as well

I never thought of that. WIth his new combat moves, Spyro would be an ideal SSB character....

It is possible. From what I heard from a magazine, Sonic the Hedgehog has a good chance of being Super Smash Bros. Brawl, so if Sonic can, I'm sure Spyro can if they try, 'sides, it won't be until November until SSB comes out sadly, so...it is possible.

My vote is yes. With some good physical and breath attacks, he should be a good character to use, especially if his Furies are his special attack.

You never know. It's possible. ^^

Pay more attention when you play ANB the next time, note that he plays very much like an SSB charcter.

Nintendo did say that 3rd party characters will be in brawl.(official) like snake, snake isnt nintendo but hes in. Spyro should be in hes ideal. its a long shot but i would hope for cynder too. P.S shes mine!!! big_smile

Handhelds don't count - I see them as spin-offs in their own right. Outside from that, Spyro's presence on both systems is pretty much equal. tongue
I was about to say that though it may not happen due to rights surrounding the character and game series in question, it can be possible as shown in recent movements. I know about Solid Snake being towed into the series, but I haven't been aware of other characters like Sonic being a possibility as well.

Having Spyro and Cynder in there would be cool. After all, Star Fox has Fox and Crystal, and several series have 2 characters you can play.

I think it would be an exciting idea because now and for the first time Spyro can put his skills to the test by becoming part of a tournament/brawl game and becoming one of the big boys. w00t.

I'd enjoy the prospect of Spyro being in Brawl (he'd probably make me buy it in a heartbeat, it's that good). He'd make for a nice combat experience.

And for those worried about the December release, rumour's been going round that the game has been delayed until January 24th 2008 approx. Better change your calenders!

Not that I had one to change, mind.

It wold be sweet but would it be new or old Spryo, and whay would his aboites be? And how would he do all 3 jumps
[all I have is 1=Simple jump
2+flpas wing wildly givving him more air and movement area
3=?Flame charge??] Other than that....sweet

I like the idea of Spyro being in the Super Smash Bros. series. big_smile He has a lot of SSB-like moves, as one pointed out.
