Who here thinks that this game had a great feeling to it that Ripto's Rage and YOTD didn't have? I personally think it did. When I was 6 years old I played it alot and it just made me happy in a way that the other 2 of the trilogy didn't.

Spyro 1 was different to YOTD and RR, and some think it was terrible compared to them, but i Like Spyro 1 because it had that special feel. I love the exploration, and the music, it is awesome.

im going against everyone else here, so dont kill me for saying this but:

I dont think this game had a feel that all the others didnt have. This game wasnt as good as Riptos Rage and YOTD and so it didnt have a feel to it. I think YOTD had a feel that the other 2 didn't but Spyro the Dragon didn't have a uniqe feel. Its still a very good game but its just not as good as the others.

i said no becuase i thought that Ripto's rage and YOTD had a similar feel, but no other spyro games after that capture the same feeling. i see what you're getting at though.

edit: not becuase i don't like spyro the dragon

But it did have a hugely different feel. It was so different in a way that I liked. The originality of it. It had not as many cutscenes and no minigames a such. It felt more simple and "young" in a way. Also it is enough to say that it had a hugely different feel. Look at the majority of the poll results.

I use too play this game all i could when i was little my mum went too a Gypsy and she said your Youngest son is Connected too the Purple Dragon and its healty for him

Weird Yeah Spyro 1 was the best now Spyros Dead all the breaths and stuff just overdoes the game.
