O_o Was... was this cut out!? Maybe...

I did the Swim in the Air Glitch in Coastal Remains and I went past the piranha pool and saw that blocked off cave. So I started going to Cloudy Domain and went up so I could go above level and went over the wall. Guess what I found. A ruin building thing shaped like a dome and it had a green light coming out the top!! o_O I looked at the map and it was not filled in like the entrance to a level was here or something!!! I tried to go in but nothing. Why did they cut it out? Why did they not completely cut it out? WHAT IS IT ANYWAY!? I dunno. This is weird... hmm Oh yeah you need to do the Swim in the Air Glitch in Coastal Remains to get there.

Man, i tried that glitch but I only got stuck between the trees! Its well funny, Spyro kept going ahh! Like he was falling. I can't do air swimming, not an expert!

i found it too. O_o but i can't find out if it has anything to do with Ineptune's Lair, because when i do the swimming glitch, it makes Ineptune's Lair disappear. o_o

O: I found it today, it was pretty neat! I tried to get into the now blocked-off area of Ineptune's lair trying to use the cheat, but following the tunnel where I assumed it would go (because it's always disappearing) it sort of led me to that one cut-off building.

tl;dr It might have something to do with her lair, I think.

by the way, used a glitch WITH the swim-in-air glitch and got back into Ineptune's lair even after i'd defeated her. you're not missing anything significant, if you were wondering, and no glitches activate like redoing the battle or something like in TLOS. it's just the same as it was the first time, except without the platform that falls when Spyro first goes in. the water's poisonous, and the platforms don't do anything. the wheels you activate with water breath still work.

fun fact: if you do the swim-in-air glitch and swim under the water in the tunnel that leads to Ineptune's lair, you freeze. that's the glitch i did, by the way, except sometimes you do it right and Ineptune's lair loads properly and you can get past the freezing part.

anyway, indeed, this leads to Ineptune's lair. or at least where it would be. not sure why it's there, though.
