This is true, but she seemed to be more valuable to the DM than Gaul. I daresay she was Gaul's replacement, and then some.

Obvuiously, he needed a dragon to free fhimself, otherwise Cynder would have been killed with the other eggs. she served him better than most that is why Gual didn't have her killed, only imprisonmed in TEN.
