OOC: Ice? I thought Vulcan could only control fire, seeing as how only purple dragons can use more than one element (with the exception of spells)

OOC:yes, but he can use a very smaller part of his mother powers and only when go out of control like this way, in any other situation he can't.

Vulcan:*is completely out of control, shoot 5 helix of fire and ice that hit DB, then he start focusing all his power inside him*
