Akame: ah, yes a weird but useful tactic against reptiles in general, i may be just a kid, but i know lots of things about your spiecies. for example, dragons are reptiles, they can't generate their own body heat because they are cold-blooded creatures, and mostly resemble a crocodile or aligator with stronger muscles, so when you douse them in cold water, their muscles in their body tighten up to prevent heat loss, thus causing movements to get slower and less acurate. shivering, is just another way to gain body heat, but reptiles can't do that, now can they. simple study really.
