Yeh, I'm still using IE8. I'm kinda close to the program. I tried Chrome though, but imo I don't mind the difference in speed, and I'm used to IE8, in which you CAN use the chat

Anyways, does this solve anything?

I used Firefox before it became slow. I'm really impatient, and Chrome is very fast and easy to use. Only downside I see to it is the chat doesn't work. >.>

Anyways, it doesn't solve anything for me because I didn't code this site , but it seems like it would be helpful. The post review has the default layout, so I would guess it's something to do with a stylesheet or script or something that's applied to the forum pages. As for the other browsers, they probably just don't support that effect.
