Sunny villa

I always remember being frustrated as a kid that I could never find enough gems to get into the Super Bonus World :c now older, smarter and having seen a few walkthrough vids, I realise that Insomniac hid stuff everywhere and almost everything in Spyro’s world seems to have a purpose be it a skill point or a secret hoard of gems or even an egg

one thing I still can’t figure out the use for (if they even have one) are those pole things ¦:I you know ‘em: brown pole things in the first Home World Sunrise Spring’s Sunny Villa skatepark .-. the things that have other sticks protruding off them o_o if you hit them right, they spin around… what are they? Are they just parts of the scenery?

if they’re just scenery, you gotta admit they’re kinda odd XD wtf Insomniac

Re: Sunny villa

I know what you're talking about, and I've wondered about those things too. I wonder if they have something to do with the skate park being an old gladiator training arena like Hunter said.

Re: Sunny villa

I guess it's either gladiator training material or something that insomniac was planning to use everywhere. Mweh, but that seems a little too... well, ya know, deep thought.

However, I always crash against them if I'm trying to spin them.

seem's strange that they'd leave it in if they didn't use it everywhere in the end... then again, those 'secret rooms' show how good Insomniac is at cleaning up leftovers XD;

I'm thinking the trick is to hit the little jutting out things coming off them; not that it matters if they spin or not... they're just so weird neutral

oh well~ hey, thanks for the reply too c:

Re: Sunny villa

I've always been wondering about those poles too. Maybe they just are meant as obstacles... Or maybe involved in a secret skateboard trick that no one has found O.o
I believe they are just obstacles, though.

Re: Sunny villa

About 60 times. You don't have to be on the skateboard.
