Well implying its a REMASTER, upscaling the graphics quality as shown in the original post is quite common for most titles without any actual model changes (Or very few) games like Final Fantasy X Remaster was basically replaced cutscenes, slightly higher Anti-Aliasing as well as including other things like morphological filtering. It well could be possible that a remaster look like something in the OP if they were not switching game engine.

Spyro's model is also clearly different.

I do wonder what Spyro's model would look like if his vertices were multiplied by 2 just to make him smoother looking.

Doesn't look like a AAA title, like you said.

But honestly, I would be enticed to look into it if this was real, but a forum post on a tiny forums site can't even be close to official.

It was most likely made in the Source Editor (which is the same engine that Gmod uses)

I was careful with the title of the post.. These aren't any mod or anything, I simply opened some of the Spyro levels in Cinema4D and rendered in HQ. Water textures added by myself. Spyro model is the original character model, only I have applied smoothing already as someone suggested above.

Sorry if I suggested this was from a new game, just having a but of fun (as per previous post!)

Would be good though..

Okay, that is definitely the Enter the Dragonfly model. Wasn't there another fan-made Classic model? I kind of want to see pictures of him in those backgrounds.
